The PolyStrong Ambassador Scholarship is your chance to rise as a leader in the Polynesian community. This merit-based award supports one exceptional student who lives and breathes the PolyStrong mission. As a recipient, you’ll gain more than financial support—you’ll receive mentorship through graduation, positioning you for success in your chosen field. You'll also serve as an Ambassador and Spokesperson for the PolyStrong Foundation, inspiring others to follow your lead.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria
- Be of Polynesian descent
- Have a valid email address
- Be accepted to an accredited college, university, junior college, or trade school
- Full-time enrollment (12+ credits/semester)
- Maintain a 3.2 GPA in college (or 3.5 GPA from high school)
- Complete 25 community service hours/semester
- Attend the PolyStrong Gala + one approved event

Application must Include
ESSAY - 300-500 words answering:
- How have my Polynesian roots prepared me for my future goals?
- What will college help me accomplish, and how will I give back to the Polynesian community?
VIDEO - 2-3 minutes sharing:
- What the PolyStrong mission and values mean to you
- How you envision helping the Polynesian community
INTERVIEW
- Selected finalists will complete a panel interview with the PolyStrong Council.

- Acceptance letter + tuition billing statement

- Unofficial transcript or high school report card
